For many organisations who operate a cashless payment system, visitors to their cashless environment present a problem. How to ensure visitors can pay for food and beverages without a permanent ID card or wristband? Systopia’s Kiosk solves that issue through the ability to distribute visitor cards which are topped-up using traditional cash or credit/debit card. At the end of their stay, visitors can request a refund through the Kiosk.
A dedicated App for visitors
Systopia’s innovative Guest App provides a simple method for guests and visitors to make payment within a cashless environment. On arrival, visitors should be prompted to download the App, for free, from their App Store. Once open, visitors can link their credit/debit card to the App and make payment at the Point-of-Sale (POS) by generating a unique QR code. The POS operator simply scans the QR code and payment is taken immediately. Systopia’s implementation team work closely with clients to ensure a strong and informative communication campaign reaches visitors explaining the need to use the Guest App.
