For over 10 years now, we have been ISO27001 certificated – which demonstrates that we invest in the people, processes and tools to protect data. In order to maintain this standard, we’re audited on an annual basis by an independent, UKAS approved certification body.
In addition, we’re also Level 1 PCI-DSS Service Providers (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). This means that we process payment card information in a PCI compliant manner and these activities are also audited every 12 months by a Qualified Security Assessor (PCI-QSA).
We also hold various other ISO accreditations including 9001, 45001 and 14001.
We don’t take anything for granted; continued compliance with these standards necessitates constant improvement, review and testing. In addition, we work closely with our clients so that we continually strengthen our products and processes in line with their expectations.
