As part of our ISO27001 Information Security Management System, we have a robust and tested Business Continuity Plan. These plans are in place to ensure that we continue to provide service delivery and sustained support to our customers.
In the event of the closure of our offices the Helpdesk will continue to function remotely. Our staff have the necessary technology to work from home and we’ll be supporting your requirements.
We’re following government guidance and watching carefully as information is updated. At present and wherever possible our service team are handling support tickets remotely. If a site visit is necessary, we’re confirming with your employees beforehand in terms of building access and provisions within your own environment. Again, the wellbeing of your staff and ours is a priority.
