We’ve had a busy few weeks and have started to speak to our media friends, commenting on all sorts of topics and issues that affect our industry and our customers.
We’ve been featured in this month’s EDUcatering magazine, in an article which looks at the challenges school caterers face when it comes to managing allergens.
Our MD Chris Lyons talks about how our technology systems can help manage individual’s allergens via their personal account, which can store details of any allergies they have. If someone tries to buy a product or meal that contains an ingredient they are allergic to, our system will flag it up at the point of sale terminal. It adds another layer of protection and gives added peace of mind for schools, who often feed hundreds of students and staff every day.
We work with many education establishments – as well as business and organisations in many other sectors such as finance, B&I, higher education – implementing technology systems that help ensure a safe environment for their users.
